On the “Corporate Information Sheet” sent by email on your date of incorporation.
Typically the file may be called “Information-Sheet-Fiche-de-renseignements” or “Corporation Information Sheet”. See example below.
If you lost it and require a new one, you may request a new one through the Government of Canada website here.
